It is made clear that such changes are unilateral and against the spirt of the Consensual Agreement dated 8th March 2019 and subsequent correspondence exchanged between the AMPCK and the GOK, and also violative of legal provisions enshrined by the Supreme Court of India in respect of matters of admissions to minority educational institutions. It is further made clear that the aforesaid actions have been challenged before the Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka in the WP no’s: 14352-53/2019, 14354-55/2019 & 14356-57/2019. Any admissions shall be subject to the outcome of the aforesaid Writ Petitions.
